Mother To Son

Authors Note: This is a piece that shows a response to the poem Mother To Son.


The examples used in the poem Mother To Son was a metaphor "Life for me ain't been no crystal stair". The metaphor was used to show that the stairs where expensive like a crystal chandelier. The tone in the story is encouragement. And the mood in the story is sad.
